I love this! I can't give you a before and after description, because I'm still not really sure what it does to my hair, but it definitely does something. I always have a bottle on hand, and will apply it after styling on shower days, and sometimes after water on refresh days. It does not cause build up or heaviness to the hair, and it smells great!
