What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! We are based in Kuwait.

How much is shipping & how long does it take?

Kuwait: We offer 2 delivery options

🚗 Regular Delivery: 24 - 48 hours for 1.5 KD.

🚀 Express Delivery: 5 hours for 2 KD. (For orders between 9 am - 6 pm)

✨ Free delivery for orders over 35 KD.

For orders outside of Kuwait: You can select DHL or FedEx at checkout. ✈️

DHL takes 1- 5 business days.FedEx takes 1 - 7 business days.

💵 Shipping starts from 4 KD and depends on the shipment weight.

✨ Free Shipping for GCC orders over 60 KD.

Are there any additional fees upon delivery?

Domestic Shipping - Kuwait has no additional fees upon delivery when paid upfront.

Rest of the WorldCustoms and taxes is a small fee that is excluded from our shipping fee and may need to be paid from your end when you receive the shipment. This varies between each country.

Can I track my order?

For orders outside of Kuwait, a tracking link will be sent to your email once the order is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through Apple Pay, Hesabe & MyFatoorah which includes KNET, Visa & Mastercards.
 

Can I pay cash?

Cash on delivery is not available for countries outside of Kuwait. If you must pay with cash contact us on WhatsApp +965 9096 7722 (Kuwait Only).

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

- Exchanges & returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days. During any sale, exchanges and returns are permitted within 7 days.

- Items must be returned in the original packaging. We'll coordinate with a delivery company to pick up the item.

Returns:

   - If the error is ours (e.g., incorrect item received) or due to shipping (e.g., product is broken or faulty), we cover the shipping fee.

   - For exchanges or returns not due to our error, customers bear the shipping fee.

For Kuwait Residents:

   - Return delivery fee is 1 KD, and exchange delivery fee is 2 KD. Exchanges are not directly facilitated. Customers need to return the original product for inspection, and upon confirmation, a new order will be processed & delivered.

   - You have the option to drop off any return to our warehouse in Aswag Al Qurain which will incur no extra fees.

- Note: In cases where you received complimentary delivery in the original order by meeting the minimum order value requirements, please be aware that an additional 1 KD return fee will be deducted if the value of the original order falls below the minimum threshold after returning item(s).

Outside of Kuwait:

   - Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and custom fees.

   - Refunds are issued only upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Refunds:

   - After receiving the item, we inspect it. If unopened and in saleable condition, a refund is processed after deducting original and return delivery fees. This is done through the original payment method if approved, taking 5 - 15 business days to reflect in your bank account. Note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
