Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you want to exchange or return an unopened item. Please make sure the item goes back into the original packaging. We will arrange with a delivery company to pick up the item.
- If the reason of error is made by us (ie. you did not receive the correct item) or due to shipping (ie. the product is broken or fault), we will pay for the shipping free.
- If the reason for exchange or return is not due to an error made by us, the customer will pay for the shipping fee.
Once the item is picked up and delivered to us, we will inspect the item and if it appears that it has not been opened and is in saleable condition, we will then refund the value of the item minus the delivery fee through GoTap if approved. It takes around 5 business days for the payment to show on your bank account.
Exchanges are only available for Kuwait residents. Refunds are available for all countries.
